Jim oversees day-today operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of the organization. He focuses on strategic planning, goal-setting and accountability to those goals while directing the operations of the company.
He previously served as the Executive Director of Azalea Trace Assisted Living, where he was responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including serving as the sales & marketing leader. He managed planning, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of operations. Under his care they maintained high customer satisfaction, ensured a quality oriented work force and continually grew the census.
Jim also served as an Assisted Living Director for Atria Senior Living where he managed outside contractor agreements, bids and subsequent work for major community repairs and upgrades. He oversaw the budget development, execution, capital planning and was the liaison to agencies such as Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services, OSHA, City Health Department and Fire Marshal.
In 2016 Jim received an award from the Governor of the State of Tennessee for his work with Senior Citizens.
